Aurum Restaurant This is Singapore’s first molecular gastronomy restaurant, described as a hospital-themed dining experience. The dining consists of sitting on golden wheelchairs and eating off steel surgical tables. Cooking methods differ from the one of original restaurants - they cook food at low temperature on in a vacuum, some including liquid nitrogen, syringes and metal canisters. They say liquid nitrogen makes the tastiest and smoothest sorbet.
